1.Product Introduction of Automatic Complete Line of Glass Filling Machine with Nitrogen Gas
Automatic Complete Line of Glass Filling Machine with Nitrogen Gas has the function of Double Glazing Glass automatic transport, washing and drying, high speed positioning, aluminum spacer mounting, high-precision detecting, plate pressing, argon gas automatic filling, and automatic sealing functions etc.
3.1Conveying section:
3.1.1The whole machine adopts vertical inclined structure, conveying stable, and easy for loading big glasses.
3.1.2The backrest wheel adopts inlaid design and mounting bearings, which is firm and durable, runs smoothly, and has no damage or scratches to the glass.
3.1.3The body steel frame uses National standard square tube, this is the base of the machine working stable.
3.2Washing and drying section
3.2.1The backrest plate is made of special material, durable, and with high water resistance, we have already made waterproof test.
3.2.2The whole washing and drying section are made of stainless steel, built-in 3 pairs of brushes, 4 or 6 pairs of rubber roller design. One motor independently drives one brush, which is better to clean coated glasses and LOW-E glass.
3.2.3We are using gear driven inside of the washing room, so that it is more stable during processing small glass.
3.3Spacer attaching system
3.3.1This section adopts hollowing out design, which can easily find the dirt on the glasses.
3.3.2We are using the matte lights, so for long time working, it will not be felt so tired for workers.
3.3.3Automatic Identifying the coated glass surface, and has alarm system.
3.4Outer Assemble Section (inside assemble - optional)
3.4.1Adopts the Imported cylinder and photoelectric switch, make accurate positioning;
3.4.2We are using special weight balancing system, to make sure both workers and glass safety.
3.4.3Guideway, slide block, slide wheels adopts CNC processing.
3.5Plate press section
3.5.11.Adopts accurate positioning, make sure glasses press accurately;
3.5.2All the plates of press machine well processed by CNC.
3.5.3The plate open or close is controlled by air pump.
3.6Sealing Robot section
3.6.1The sealing robot adopts 6 servo motors to make sure the machine working stable.
3.6.2Using Japanese YASKAWA controlling system.
3.6.3Automatically detect the glass length and width and sealing depth.
3.6.4Data acceptable human machine interface PLC with running real pictures, manual operation and self-check.
3.7Butyl Extruder Machine
3.7.1PLC control system with humanized touch screen interface.

3.8Aluminum spacer bending machine

3.8.2Adopt two axis servo motor accompanied with encoder for aluminum spacer supply and bending control. Size error within ±0.3mm/m, angle error within ±0.3°.
3.8.3Be able to imitate finished frame shape. The image is symbolic and lively .
3.8.4Four profile magazines for different specifications of spacers .
3.8.5All activities can be controlled manually for the convenience of test and overhaul.
3.8.6Intelligently avoid spacer connection part. Automatic cutting after bending.
3.9 Desiccant Filling Machine
3.9.1 Can fill both bending aluminum frame and frame with plugged corners.
3.9.2 Automatic material feeding system.
3.9.3 Automatically apply butyl to the drilled holes.
3.9.4 Automatic test and stop when the frame is filled full.
3.9.5 The filling height is adjustable according to frame size.
